Happy Friday CFV Peeps!!!!

No Saturday Class tomorrow!!!  Get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Big weekend for Joel D as he competes for the fittest athlete in the South East Region.  Check out the CF games site for up to date info on Joel.  Rock it out man.  CFV is super proud of ya.

Thursday

Kaleb rockin out a 12min "Nancy" time with perfect OHS form.  Awesome to see how strong you have become Kaleb. 

There is NO Bangin Booty Class today with Jenn H!!!!

Also there will be NO 9am Saturday Class this weekend!!!!

Happy Hump Day CFV peeps!!!!

We wanted to wish Joel D all the best this weekend in the CrossFit SouthEast Regionals.  You have worked your ass off and now it is time to test it.  We know you will give it your all and we are super proud of ya!!!  Rock it out man!!!

There will be NO Bangin Booty Class tomorrow and NO Saturday Class this weekend!!!!

Tuesday

Janis impressed me yesterday by showing a true warrior spirit.  100 burpee pull-ups with 1 arm and not a single complaint.  She is an amazing woman and we are proud to have her here @ CFV. 

Monday

We need your help today guys!!!!  Donaldson needs your support, prayers and thoughts today.  He has been with us here @ CFV for quite awhile now.  Please take the time today to give him your thoughts and as many prayers as he undergoes a difficult time.  We love you Donaldson and miss you a ton.  Keep that head up high and you will overcome anything.

The 5am crew gettin after some early morning deadlifts.  Love the energy of this class even though it is 5am.  They bring it no matter what.

My LiL man rowing for FGB Friday!!!!  This LiL guy is on the road to the 2029 CF Games.  Not even 2 years old yet and doing WOD's. 

We had a couple Birthdays over the weekend.  Happy Belated B-day to Eric A., Tina M, and to Emma who turned the Big 11.  Hope all of you had a fantastic weekend.
