Happy Hump Day!!!!

Meet Caleb Williams.  He is a 12 year competitive and drug-free powerlifter who was a 2 time IPF World Champion, 2 time IPF World Silver Medalist, 9 time National Champion with World Records, holds 17 American records, #1 in World Ranking.  His best lifts are a 722lb Squat, 474lb Bench press, 600lb Deadlift, with a 1779lb Total.  The short version of this is that Caleb is basically an overall bad ass powerlifter and olylifter. 

On July 13th he will be coming to V-town to do an Olympic Lifting Seminar.  This is open to all, beginner lifters or seasoned lifters.  If you wanna raise your lifting game then you need to sign up for this seminar.  Here is the link to sign up.  If you have any questions email us or Caleb. 

Tuesday

CFV had to say goodbye to a few of its family the past few days.  Kaleb is moving off and joining the real world.  Kate M is moving to some beautiful place in the tropics and Pat O moved off to some job up North.  We hate that you guys are leaving but wish you the best in your new adventures in life.  We hope that you keep in touch and keep Crossfitting it up!!!
