CFV has pushed me to levels I thought were no longer possible to reach. Since developing severe asthma I thought I would never be able to up my cardio to the level i'm at now. Thanks for standing by me, supporting me no matter how fast or slow I may be. Everyone is sooo encouraging and I am proud to be a part of such an inspiring group of people!! Thanks CFV!!!
