CVF has done so much for us. We get to do something we love as a family while making more friends which are ending up like family. Sean has reached some amazing fitness goals and I have lost numerous post pregnancy lbs (more to go). Noah, on the other-hand, has just refined some flirting skills while being exposed to fitness. Trebor, thank you so much for everything you do and for enforcing high standards! You are a HERO!
