Happy Monday!!!

CFV wanted to wish Selma a Happy Birthday today!!!! We hope you have a fantastic day!!!

Happy Belated Birthday to EJ Saturday!!!

Registration is now Live for the 2013 CrossFit Open!!!! The Open is set-up for anyone to compete and challenge themselves to see how you stack up against the rest of the CrossFit world!!! Jenn H is hosting free Open Clinics Wednesday and Fridays @ 5pm for anyone interested in signing up!!!! We will have a Team CFV meeting Friday @ 5pm and Sunday @ 12:30pm!!!! Either day is fine!!!
