Happy Friday!!!!

Rowing Clinic @ 8am tomorrow!!!! Come and get your row on!!!!

Saturday Class tomorrow @ 9am!!!!

Last chance to get your tickets for Winter HEAT tomorrow night @ 6:30pm!!!! Get a hold of Kelly B today!!! If they do not sell out they will be selling tickets at the door!!!! Weigh in is today @ 6pm @ the Mathis City Auditorium!!!

Jenn H is putting together a CrossFit Open Prep Clinic starting next week Wednesday @ 5pm and Friday @ 5pm!!! Everyone is invited/encouraged to attend!!!
