Don't forget that tomorrow night we will be hosting the 12.2 CrossFit Open WOD which will be called "Death by Snatch". 5:30pm we will be heats. Food will be provided by Big Sexy from Mizell Floor Covering and Interiors!!! Anyone and everyone is encouraged to come out and help support your local CFV athletes.
Tomorrow we will also be weighing in and measuring the 24 Day Challenge Participants!!!! Come to your normal class times. If you are an afternooner please show up a bit early or we can do it after the WOD!!!!
