CrossFit Open Interest and Prep Meeting Saturday!!!!
The CrossFit Open is around the corner!!! What is the Open? The Open is the first step in the competition season of the CrossFit Games.
Saturday AM after the 9amWOD we will have a prep meeting to discuss the Open Competition season, group prep/training, individual training and decide on training times during the week. All CFV members are incouraged to compete and partake in this incredile event!!! See you Saturday AM!!!
