Castor

CFV wanted to wish Castor a very special Happy Birthday today!!!!!  Castor was the first person to walk in our doors when we opened up almost 5 years ago!!!!  He has done so many great things for us up here @ CFV and we thank you for it.  Hope you have the best day today!!!!  You can also check Dr. Castor out at Lakeland Family Dentistry!!!

Saturday's we are starting a CF Open WOD for those competing in the CF Open!!!!

2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open Registration begins Feb 1st!!!!
