Big PROPS to all our CFV athletes who competed this weekend on the Chilly Stone Mountain. CFV represented strong and everyone did incredible. It was a really amazing experience competing along side all of you guys. We thank everyone for all the support and to the CFV support crew that went up!!!
We want to congratulate Jay, Jenn and Kirstin on qualifying to the Regionals in Jacksonville FL. You guys rocked it out strong!!! Now the fun really begins!!!

I am not even able to begin to put into words how truly proud I am of Coach Bruster and all of our CFV Team! Everyone did an Amazing job!! To see Trebor come over the top of Stone Mountain was AMAZING; and emotional!!! Trebor pushes everything above and beyond what is ever thought of as possible! I am so honored to be his wife!!
Also, Thank you to Tim for picking me up off the mountain! :)

So the end of the paleo challenge is finally here!!! Congrats to everyone that made it to the end! To announce the winner, we thought another Paleo Potluck would be fun! Let me know what you guys think.... Do we want to go for Saturday after class, or Saturday evening?? Give me ideas!!

Bill and I may not be able to make either day or night on Sat, but whatever you decide, here's my idea: 2 different tables, one labeled "true to the cave", the other "screw the cave", something for everyone.

I am also very proud of each of you. I saw a Crossfit shirt one time that said I am at war with my body! I am only at war with myself and to see you all push yourself and win is awesome. There is nothing better than preparing and winning!

Wow! I'm really proud of all of you guys! Can't see how the three musketeers do in Jax! Also, So excited to watch everyone take their "after" pics in class today:) Amazing to see these big changes in people who already work out--diet makes a HUGE difference. Good job, everyone!

I can't describe how it felt to watch everyone go out and go hard! Everyone did great..and Greg ran up Stone Mountain like his pants were on fire!! Trebor...incredible to watch you this weekend!

I want to invite everyone from CFV to House of Joy this Sunday. I've done a special interview on optimism, highlighting Trebor's personal story. Come this Sunday and you'll never see the glass half-empty again. Pick up a card at the CFV front desk with times and directions. Bring the whole family, we even have free breakfast and coffee between services.
