I am so proud of everyone that participated in the paleo challenge! There were great changes in everyone, but it is a competiton.... Thank you to everyone for the support you gave to eachother!

Thank you jenn for your positive attitude! We are finishing up the details and rules for the next challenge! The challenge did require alot of trebor's time and energy, and free memberships! He did it for everyone to learn a healthy way of eating! It is great to know that the challenge was appreciated! We consider everyone a winner, and are proud of each person that completed the challenge!
On that note..... If their was anyone who can not be happy for everyone, win or loose, I encourage you NOT to participate in the upcoming challenge!!
