How are things going at the Arnold? We sure do miss you guys!!
Alright Kate, check out my scoring system for the next challenge. Here's what I've got:
1 point for every pound lost.
2 points for every inch lost, so we would have to take measurements. 3 points for every new cut or ripple that emerges, for example an 8 pack would be worth 24 points. :)
1 point per workout, so if you put in two workouts a day you earn 2 points. Workout specifics have to be logged along with diet to deem worthy of points.
Not sure how to score the diet logs and I'm not sure how to score performance gains from the workouts.
Seems fair to me. What do you think?
