Thank you to everyone who came out Friday night for the Paleo Pot Luck Dinner. Everyone brought some amazing recipes. I felt like I was in a 5 Star Paleo Restaurant with all the great food. Congrats to Selma and Hubby on winning the best recipe.
Ok guys and gals. We have less than halfway to go on the Paleo Challenge. Now the fun really begins. Lots of you are really showing some major changes. I think the coolest thing to me is seeing peoples confidence get boosted. Keep it up fellow cave people. You are almost @ the finish line.

If we missed the food and fun, is there any way we can still get our hands on some of those tasty paleo recipes?

Thank you guys :-) My husband made Bacon wrapped shrimp.
Here is the recipe:
1.) Bacon (Use a quality bacon. Less fat, this aids in keeping the flames down on the grill.)
2.) Medium to large uncooked shrimp.
3. Sesame seed oil
4. Garlic powder
5. Black pepper
Cut the bacon into 3rds. Thaw shrimp in cold water, pull shell and tail. Push the head and tail together and wrap tight with bacon. Push skewer through the head and tail to hold the bacon in place. Grill till the bacon is done. Flip then, brush with oil and dust with garlic and pepper.
